Project overview

Jarvis is a multi-tenant CRM that brings client management, contracts, reporting and other business workflows into one shared platform. Auto Act delivered integration and backend engineering within the existing CRM. Our work covered external integrations, single sign-on and notification delivery.

The CRM needed to work with several business systems and communication providers while serving multiple tenants. Payments, business-system integration, phone services and messaging each had a place in the platform. Notifications also needed a background-processing path for email, SMS and push.

We connected Jarvis with an ERP system, a card payment gateway, an SMS provider and a telephony service. We managed single sign-on across the platform. We also built RabbitMQ queues feeding a notification service, with Laravel Horizon processing background jobs.

01. One sign-in across the platform
We managed single sign-on across Jarvis. It supports a shared sign-in experience within the multi-tenant environment.
02. Connected to the systems that matter
We integrated an ERP system, a card payment gateway, an SMS provider and a telephony service. These connections bring business and communication services into the CRM's wider workflow.
03. One service, three channels
RabbitMQ queues feed a dedicated notification service. It sends email, SMS and push messages through Laravel Notification channels.
04. Backend engineering, inside a working CRM
Laravel Horizon processes background jobs outside the main user interaction. Our scope covered integration and backend engineering within the existing CRM.
