Project overview

NestZone is a real estate portal for buying, selling and renting property in Spain. Auto Act built the Java Spring Boot backend, with MySQL for data storage and REST APIs serving the Angular frontend. Elasticsearch powers advanced property search and filtering.

A real estate portal supports several related journeys. Users find a home to buy or rent, publish a property for sale or rental, and connect with agents. The backend needed to support the Angular interface and its property data, alongside flexible search and filtering.

We developed the backend in Java Spring Boot and created REST APIs for the Angular frontend. MySQL provides the underlying database. Elasticsearch supports property discovery, while photo galleries and direct agent communication carry users from finding a property to making an inquiry.

01. Buy, sell and rent in one portal
NestZone brings property buying, selling and renting into one portal for the Spanish market. The homepage offers entry points for buying or renting, with property-type and location search.
02. Search built on Elasticsearch
Elasticsearch powers advanced property search and filtering behind the portal. Property discovery goes beyond browsing a list.
03. The backend behind the portal
We developed the backend in Java Spring Boot, with MySQL for data storage. Our REST APIs serve the Angular frontend.
04. From discovery to conversation
Listings include photo galleries and direct communication with real estate agents. Users can explore a property and follow up with the agent representing it.
